Will I get a proof before my Logo Mats are made?
Yes, once you have uploaded your artwork during the online order process, or emailed us with any requested instructions, we will then create and send you a proof within 48 hours for your approval before your mats go into production.
What format do you need my artwork supplied in for Logo Mats?
We can use most digital file types:
Optimal: Vector files i.e. EPS, PDF, AI.
Acceptable: Bitmap files: JPG, BMP, TGA, PCX, TIFF
Not acceptable: GIF, MAC files, PowerPoint files, Word documents and internet files.
Please check individual logo mat artwork requirements before sending artwork, or contact us if you require further guidance.
Can you PMS colour match for your Logo Mats?
If strict branding guidelines are in place, we can PMS Colour match with our PrintPlush Logo Mat and DirtStopper Logo Mat at an additional fee. With the rest our of our range we use our wide range of standard colours to closely match branding colours and guidelines. Contact our friendly team if you need any clarification or recommendations.
Are custom sizes available?
A large portion of our matting range can be Made to Measure. Contact our team to discuss custom sizing and pricing options that may suit your needs.
What if I need them sooner than your standard lead time?
We carry a large range of stocked items across multiple locations in Australia and make a lot of our mats here, enabling us to meet some very tight turnaround times. If you have an event or deadline and need your mats sooner than our standard lead times, please contact our team about what is possible.
